About us
Founded in 1945 SCHOLL has focused on manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment and furnishing. Since 1959 our company is situated in Bad Marienberg (Westerwald). Here we have been able to steadily extend and develop our product range. It contains food preparation (induction technique) and presentation (counters, heating and cooling techniques), transportation of used crockery (tray trolleys) and a huge variety of stainless-steel furniture.
Also, customizations, especially for shop fittings, can be realized. To ensure competent advice and local, short-term services, we have decided to distribute our products through local trading partners. Scholl… one idea ahead!” – for us that means to sense and react to latest market trends. This way terms like induction technique and front cooking have already become common to our product range for several years now. Continuous exchange of experiences between trading partners, end clients and us is of essential importance.

Buffet heat lamps with cutting station
A flexible solution for your buffet: Combine our best-selling heat lamps 24000/B and 24002/B with the new cutting station.
The base plate is available heated and unheated. Both executions are equipped with a removable, heat-resistant cutting board with juice rim. Choose to be flexible and arrange your buffet according to your needs.
FLEX-Line Induction
The induction series FLEX-Line offers the next level of unique induction technology with awesome features.

• autodetection of power supply 208 to 240 V or 380 to 440 V

Cool-Spot
Cool-Spot creates an optimum working and storage climate, with a temperature of between 2 and 6 °C for working on and storing delicate cold dishes. Cold air and fine water vapour are brought together through a blower console above the work surface, for example a work table in a professional kitchen or a buffet in the restaurant.
Delicate products which stand unprotected in a hot kitchen are often no longer suitable for working on and serving to guests within a few minutes. Products placed under Cool-Spot can remain uncovered much longer without any reduction in quality.
